Simple Nasturtium Pesto from your Edible Garden

For this month’s recipe, I am using the Nasturtium from my edible flower garden to create an earthy, peppery, slightly sweet pesto. My Grandma Peggy was an extremely talented gardener, and every time I work in my beds I think of her and feel as though she is with me. I often wonder what she would think of my garden, and how I utilize the things I grow. I’d like to think she would be happy with the joy gardening brings me.
