Drop an emoji to boost awareness! 🫶🏻 Kindness is always trending, and we need it now more than ever. Stop what you’re doing and fill an empty box to take to your nearest food bank! I’m sure there are things that are in your pantry that you’re not quite sure what to do with, or that you could spare. Even if it’s just one item. It doesn’t have to be complicated. If you have the extra funds (but lack time), donating cash to the food bank is also an option. Our friends at @secondharvest_inw can always use funds, food and volunteers - check out their website for more information. Also, I’ve been on food stamps, WIC and used food banks before, and for those of you that are in need I want you to know that there is ZERO shame in this. The game is rigged against the working class these days, and I cannot stress this enough, you deserve to eat. Do not hesitate to reach out for help from local organizations - if they don’t have what you need, they can at least point you in the right direction. 🙏🏼 Can you commit to dropping off some food this week?
