Birdie's Pie Shop is located at 712 N Monroe St and is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. The shop is closed Sunday and Monday.

The Blissful Whisk is located at 1612 N Barker Rd in the Spokane Valley and is open from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Newly opened Muggie's Coffee Co., is fresh on the scene with more than just coffee. Located at 1717 W Garland Ave from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day but Saturday and Sunday when it is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m, this top spot has one of the best fall treats.

The Old European is located at 7640 N Division St in Spokane and at 1710 E Schneidmiller Ave in Post Falls, Idaho. Hours run from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, but on Sunday, when the restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
