A good social media manager rarely appears in the frame. Their work does. It is there in the reel you watch twice, the caption that makes a business sound like an actual person, and the campaign that turns a neighborhood favorite into a name recognized across the city. Our founder, Erin Peterson, is celebrating ten years of content creation this year, and was one of the first social media managers in the Spokane area. After helping local brands build devoted followings and creating her own, she wants to help other businesses do the same with the talented, trusted local professionals.
Spokane no longer has a shortage of this behind-the-scenes talent. Across the region, independent creatives and full-service agencies are helping local businesses find their voices, reach new audiences, and build communities that extend far beyond a screen. We wanted to know which of them had made the greatest impression and that businesses could rely on to make a big impact that lasts.
So we asked you.

After opening nominations to the public, we invited Spokane to vote for the social media managers and agencies whose work consistently earns their attention. This was not a typical “popularity contest” where the most nominations won. We contacted the nominees individually with a detailed questionnaire about their experience, creative process, and the businesses that trust them to represent their brands. We wanted to get to the heart of who was the very best based on performance, reputation and client satisfaction.
From those who responded, we assembled this year’s final list. Some are independent strategists who offer clients a close, personal partnership. Others lead agency teams capable of managing ambitious, wide-ranging campaigns. What they share is an understanding that effective social media is not simply about keeping up with trends. It is about knowing what a business wants to say, why its audience should care, and how to make that connection feel genuine. Here are Spokane’s best social media managers and agencies of 2026, as evaluated by your votes and our team’s detailed review process.

Hailey LaRosa – Ginger Gets Social

Years of Experience: Three Years
Current Clients: Romane Construction, Flowers for People, Slate Flosser, Bee You Organics, Sage & Soul Interiors, Boards by Brit, The Well, The Bungalows, Cracked Film Lab
Services: Content Creation, Social Media Management, Social Strategy, Caption Writing, Content Shoots, Monthly Analytics
Hailey LaRosa has been in the social media game for about three years, but this past December, she took the leap and launched her own agency, Ginger Gets Social. Before going out on her own, Hailey built a career working across a wide range of industries, and she’s kept that same philosophy at Ginger Gets Social: one client per industry. It’s a deliberate choice that keeps her creativity sharp and lets her fully invest in each brand without conflicts of interest. Her client list reflects that range, spanning law firms, restaurants, an art store, a bank, a construction company, an interior designer, an artist, a skincare and beauty business, a film lab, and more.
Ginger Gets Social offers two ways to work together, content creation, where Hailey shoots short-form video and photos without posting, which is ideal for business owners who want elevated imagery to jumpstart their brand but aren’t ready for full management. She also offers social media management, a more hands-off package that includes an individualized strategy, monthly content shoots, caption writing, posting, and end-of-month analytics.

Hailey has doubled Boards by Brit’s following (5K to 10K+) while pushing engagement to an exceptional 11% and turning their event space into a venue booked three months out. She built Dodo’s social presence from scratch to nearly 4,000 followers with a 33% engagement rate, and her Rosauers x Flowers for People collaboration drove over 100,000 views and 4,100+ interactions across a 16-part series, reaching an audience equal to 83% of the account’s total following.
Above all, Hailey’s specialty is making an account feel unmistakably like the brand behind it. She’s noticed that a lot of managed accounts start to look the same, with a recognizable editing style or color grade carrying across totally different clients. Her goal is the opposite, every account she runs should feel like it’s being curated by the owner themselves.
